Strength and conditioning are the fundamental backbone of any athletic endeavour. Without the power and endurance to perform your activity, all the hours spent learning technique will all be for nothing. Our sessions will include specifically targeted exercise programs that tax the appropriate energy systems used during a long day of performances, while shoring up on the individual improvement needs of all who attend. Formats will be variable and range from burn-out circuits and aerobic conditioning to explosive power and agility training. Developing athletes physically allows them to perform at their best time and time again with reduced risk of injury and a barrage of general health benefits. Athletes will also be coached on proper nutrition for athletes and how to take care of their bodies.

Attire: Athletic clothing that allows a full range of motion. Shoes may be necessary on given days, notice will be provided.
